We are run by Carers, for Carers, and their families. Those in charge have similar circumstances to those receiving services and so have an empathetic insight into what struggling families may be going through. We develop all our services as a direct response to what Carers and children and young adults with disabilities tell us would improve their quality of life. We also aim to employ staff members who all have an understanding of disability related issues.

Our Executive Management Committee consists of 7 mothers (of children or adults with disabilities). The Management Committee are all volunteers and are collectively responsible for supervising the Charity’s work. They are led by Chairperson, Mrs Sajida Ahmed, who is a Senior (Social Work) Practitioner.
